• To provide and improve app services.
• To verify your access. Notsleeping is available with an active NotFit membership or a Notsleeping subscription, so we check and store your account's membership or subscription status.
• To personalize sounds, wind-down routines, and recommendations.
• To communicate with you about updates, offers, or support.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• NotFit, our sister service: we share your account email address (or, if you link with an access code, that code) with NotFit to check whether you hold an active NotFit membership.
• Payment processing: Notsleeping subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Email delivery: we use a transactional email provider to send account, waitlist, and invite emails.
• Service providers for hosting and data storage.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

• Your data is stored securely with encryption.
• We take steps to protect against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
